NOVA’s Mentorship Program connects newer practitioners with experienced veterans law professionals who are eager to share their insight and guidance. Through one-on-one mentoring, participants gain practical knowledge, professional confidence, and a deeper understanding of veterans law practice.
The program builds community within NOVA, strengthens advocacy skills, and promotes collaboration among members at all experience levels. By investing in mentorship, NOVA continues its commitment to excellence in representation for veterans.
The Mentorship Committee chairs meet periodically to review interest forms and thoughtfully pair mentors with mentees. If you’re interested in participating, please complete the short form below to sign up as a mentor or mentee.
